Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
We provide psychotherapy services for children and adolescents ages 2 through college both in person and remotely via telehealth. Our approach is catered specifically to your child's needs by getting to know your child as a whole, not just the challenges they are facing.
In order to provide the most effective and individualized treatment plan for your child, we will assess all parts of their life such as developmental history, interpersonal relationships, personal strengths and weaknesses, and how they function in and outside of the home.
Our child and adolescent therapists are specially trained in a variety of treatment modalities and will assess the best fit to achieve your goals. We offer expertise in a variety of evidenced-based modalities as well as creative, expressive and sensory-based modalities that include, but are not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Behavior Therapies, Play Therapy including games, art, drama, reading, listening to music and more. Our spacious office suite offers a sensory gym, multiple age appropriate therapy rooms and space to participate in yoga and mindfulness.

Parents and guardians will have an important role in the treatment and you will continuously be updated on progress. Your therapist will provide advice and feedback on ways to support your child's treatment during their time with us and beyond. Collaboration with school counselors, teachers, and other members of your child's community has proven to produce the most effective outcomes in terms of building a support network for positive change.
